Carla and Karen have helped me find tenants for ten years and in the end they helped to sell my house. They are fantastic professionals. The tenants were perfect over the ten years. I was renting an addition and it required finding the right people, which they did. Selling the house was also a challenge. We had an occupied addition and this made it an unusual situation. Once again, they were perfect and I was able to walk away with what I had asked for. These are professional and warm people and you can't go wrong with them.
